Free Cancellation until the Previous Day
You can cancel airport transfer reservations free of charge until the previous day. So, if there are any schedule changes after making the reservation, you can cancel without incurring any fees.
Free Cancellation in Case of Flight Delays
In the event of flight delays or cancellations, no cancellation fees will be charged. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to arrange alternative transportation (NOTE: No guarantee the availability of alternative vehicles).

During the airport-to-hotel transfer, you can make a stop at places like supermarkets without any additional charge*.
Shopping at local supermarkets allows you to experience the local culture and lifestyle, and you can purchase unique products that are only available locally, making it a memorable part of your trip.
By making a stop during the transfer, you can free yourself from the hassle and time of carrying heavy luggage, making your travel schedule more efficient. This service is especially convenient for long-term stays and family trips.

Up to two stops allowed [places that are not significantly off the route], totaling approximately one hour.
Additional charges may apply for stops exceeding one hour. Please inquire for more details.
Personal Shopping Service
Paid service, requires advance reservation
In addition to the airport transfer reservation, you can also request our personal shopping service in advance.
1. Inform us in advance about the desired groceries or daily necessities
2. Our staff will purchase them from local supermarkets or stores in advance
3. On the day of the transfer, we will load the items into the transfer vehicle and pick you up at the airport
Fresh seafood from Hokkaido is Available
Our company has a group subsidiary engaged in the export of Hokkaido seafood, allowing you to easily enjoy seasonal fresh seafood. We can deliver directly to your hotel for parties or events during your stay. We are also available to provide advice on cooking methods and serving suggestions, so please feel free to let us know your preferences.

Private Space
Our sightseeing tours provide a private space with dedicated vehicles. This allows for minimal waiting and travel time at tourist spots, enabling more efficient sightseeing experiences.
Free cancellation is available until two days prior to the tour date.
However, starting from the day before the tour, a cancellation fee of 30% of the tour price will be charged.

- For airport transfers, there is no cancellation fee until the previous day. In case of flight delays or cancellations, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- I don't speak Japanese.
- No worries! On the day of the transfer, our drivers who can speak English and Chinese will assist you, so language won't be a problem.
- How far in advance can I make a reservation?
- Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
